DeWalt Model GP Radial Arm Saw

Not much to say about this beast yet.  I acquired it in 2007, via Craig's List.  I've written that enough times now that I'm realizing I've gotten most of my machines from Craig's List.  Anyhow, it's 3-phase, 2 hp and can take up to a 14" blade.  It's in pretty rough shape as the pics show, and has many sloppy coats of paint on it.  But it came with a 5 hp Phase-A-Matic rotary phase converter that looks like it was nearly new.  For the price I paid, I basically got the phase converter with a free radial arm saw.  I took these pics the day I got it.

It's a serious machine, in need of serious restoration.  I took the ugly perforated angle-iron legs off and plopped it onto a rolling chest of drawers I had built years ago to store tools in, which just happened to be the perfect size and height.  Someday I'll get around to doing a total tear down and restoration.

In the meantime, I bought a reprint of the owner's manual from Wolfe Machinery.  Of course, it turns out it's available for free from the OWWM site (although I do recommend a little donation to help support the site).
